Step 1

If you would like to draw the callouts, first you have to use the mouse to open the Insert menu and then open the Picture sub menu. Later, just click on the AutoShapes command.

Step 2

After that, you need to click on the Callout in the AutoShapes menu and then choose the Rectangular Callout.

Step 3

Finally, you just have to use the mouse to drag and draw the Rectangular Callout
