Step 1

To add the pattern in the fill, you must use the mouse to open the Format menu and then click on the AutoShape command.

Later, you must select the Fill Effect in the Color list box.

Next, click on the Pattern tab in the Fill Effect dialog box and then select the pattern that you want to add in the fill. You can also change the Foreground and Background color.
